WHO WE ARE
Bocconi Chinese Student Association was founded in 2010 with the aim of providing knowledge and opportunities to those who are willing to discover the Chinese world.
We are a Non-Profit-Organization and an officially recognized student association of Bocconi University.
We are the first and one of the most relevant Chinese Student Associations in Italy, serving thousands of international students and professionals on their approach towards China.
OUR MISSION
Our core mission is to lodge an open gate to the Chinese world, connecting people with a common interest towards China.
We intend to create a universally accessible platform for students, academics and entrepreneurs interested in China to give them a possibility to exchange ideas, target opportunities and develop a future career related to China all together.
We do believe that people are the most valuable assets and people’s experience is the most precious resource.
WHAT WE DO
EVENTS AND COLLABORATIONS
We pursue our vision and mission though events and collaborations, while building up a large and well-focused network. We take initiatives to connect the right professional resources with the right audience.
SPREADING AWARENESS
We spread awareness about Chinese traditions and customs deriving from the country’s long history. We regularly provide insights on the Chinese economy and outstanding companies.
EVENTS & NETWORKING
We celebrate and acknowledge the Chinese culture and China’s position in today’s world through events such as: the annual Welcome Dinner, Networking Aperitivo, China, China Talks Series, In-Company visits, Culture Fairs, etc.
OUR TEAMS
BUSINESS TEAM
Organizes events and activities with international companies with interest toward international investments, creating conferences to help the audience deepen their knowledge about China-related topics. It is where communication and collaborations with other businesses, companies and organisations come in place.
CULTURAL TEAM
Organizes cultural events exploring diversity, inclusion, and cultural expressions of Chinese and Western cultures from different perspectives: food, art, and music. It is where large scale annual events are organized to tell stories, share Chinese history and culture, and to keep you involved in fun activities.
MARKETING TEAM
Works with graphic programs for advertisement purposes such as images, posters, and videos. It is in charge of promoting BCSA’s image and collaborates with other organizations’ promotional divisions.
SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
Posts articles, researches, and inverviews based on Chinese culture and businesses, ensuring BCSA’s online presence and availability on social media platforms. It works in collaboration with other organizations’ research teams and student magazines to keep readers updated on Chinese news.
